Return Eligibility
We accept returns when:

The product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Opened or used supplement bottles cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
How to Request a Return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

If the issue was our fault, OakRoots covers all costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days
We will notify you when your refund has been processed.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours at holisticoaks@gmail.com with photos.
We will arrange either:

A full refund
