We want you to be completely happy with your OakRoots purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns when:

  • The product is unopened, sealed, and in original condition

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Opened or used supplement bottles cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.


How to Request a Return

Email us at holisticoaks@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the product was incorrect or damaged.

  • If the issue was our fault, OakRoots covers all costs.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days

We will notify you when your refund has been processed.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours at holisticoaks@gmail.com with photos.

We will arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

A return may not be required.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Returns requested after 14 days

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged)


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

Otherwise, exchanges are not available.
